These terms govern the Smog Check Plus Customer Messages program. By providing your mobile number to Smog Check Plus, you agree to receive service-related text messages as described below.

Program Description

Messages may include: (1) a follow-up after your vehicle inspection with a link to leave a review of your experience, and (2) reminders when your vehicle is approaching its DMV registration renewal and may require a Smog Check. Messages may contain links and may reference our phone number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a message after a completed visit and an occasional reminder as your vehicle's renewal approaches.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Smog Check Plus does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, sign up again as you did originally.
